ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Candidate must posses a minimum of 5 credits in 'O' Level Results (WASSCE/GCE, NECO) which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than 2 sittings.
2. Candidate must be a Nigerian by birth.
3. Candidate must have selected NACOMS as first or second choice in 2024 UTME.
4.  Candidate must have sat for UTME 2024 and scored a minimum of 140 marks.

PROGRAMME DURATION:

• Four (4) years with additional one (1) year mandatory Internship Programme.

PURCHASE OF FORM:

Obtain the Post-UTME Form

• Form Availability: Post-UTME Forms are to be obtained from the Registrar's Office on the payment of non-refundable fee. Sales of Admission Form is from 8-12 July 2024.
• Fee: Non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 in cash only.

Submission of Completed Forms

Completed forms must be returned with photocopies of the following documents:

• O'Level result(s)
• Secondary School Testimonial
• Birth Certificate
• Certificate of State/Local Government of Origin
• 2024 UTME result
• Three(3) passport photographs
